Find out what information you’ll need to have ready
You and other members of your organisation must provide:
- personal details
- information about training
- details of professional indemnity and client money protection insurance policies
You cannot carry out letting agency work until your application for registration has been approved.
It is a criminal offence to do letting agency work without registration.
You can:
- Start a new application to register as a letting agent
- Go back to an unfinished application as many times as you like
