Before you start

Find out what information you’ll need to have ready

You and other members of your organisation must provide:

• personal details
• information about training
• details of professional indemnity and client money protection insurance policies

You cannot carry out letting agency work until your application for registration has been approved.

It is a criminal offence to do letting agency work without registration.

You can:

• Start a new application to register as a letting agent
• Go back to an unfinished application as many times as you like
