Amending your current registration
If you need to update any details in your existing registration, please email LettingAgentRegulation@gov.scot with a brief description of the change you require. We may contact you for further information.
You can request changes to:
- The individual in the Most Senior role
- Number of Qualified Individuals
- Number of offices carrying out letting agent work
- Business contact details (telephone number, email address, business address, or website)
- Business name or change of legal entity
