Amending your current registration

If you need to update any details in your existing registration, please email LettingAgentRegulation@gov.scot with a brief description of the change you require. We may contact you for further information.

You can request changes to:

• The individual in the Most Senior role
• Number of Qualified Individuals
• Number of offices carrying out letting agent work
• Business contact details (telephone number, email address, business address, or website)
• Business name or change of legal entity
